We're seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our growing team and help organizations solve complex challenges through strategic insights and actionable recommendations. You'll work directly with C-suite executives, department heads, and project teams to diagnose problems, design solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.

- Conduct comprehensive business assessments to identify operational inefficiencies, growth opportunities, and strategic gaps
- Develop data-driven recommendations that align with client objectives and industry best practices
- Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and build consensus
- Create detailed implementation roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocations, and success metrics
- Present findings and strategies to senior leadership teams with confidence and clarity
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service delivery and trusted advisory
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or related advisory roles
- Proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects across diverse industries
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, financial modeling, and project management methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
